How to Transfer a Car Title in Oregon

  2. Execute Bill of Sale: Complete this Form 735-501 compliant Bill of Sale with Federal Odometer Certification.
  3. Submit to DMV: The buyer presents this form to Oregon Driver and Motor Vehicle Services (DMV) to pay state vehicle sales tax and complete registration.
