How to Transfer a Car Title in Oklahoma

  2. Execute Bill of Sale: Complete this Form 722-1 compliant Bill of Sale with Federal Odometer Certification.
  3. Submit to DMV: The buyer presents this form to Oklahoma Tax Commission (Motor Vehicle Division) to pay state vehicle sales tax and complete registration.
