  2. Execute Bill of Sale: Complete this Form T-7 compliant Bill of Sale with Federal Odometer Certification.
  3. Submit to DMV: The buyer presents this form to Georgia Department of Revenue (Motor Vehicle Division) to pay state vehicle sales tax and complete registration.
