  2. Execute Bill of Sale: Complete this Form 826 compliant Bill of Sale with Federal Odometer Certification.
  3. Submit to DMV: The buyer presents this form to Alaska Division of Motor Vehicles to pay state vehicle sales tax and complete registration.
